It’s been a strange day today.
Not a nasty day but full of odd events.
I had to go to Barts today to get a 24 hour heart trace fitted. After doing that, I decided to put the little black box to the test by going for a long walk around town. As I turned one corner, the Queen and Prince Philip drove passed like they were on the way to Tesco.
Then the Millenium Bridge gave me a great view of the construction of The Shard which is I think is going to be the UK’s biggest building…
Then I just got a nice thank you message from the US Coast Guard for posting this image of the Barque EAGLE not to mention some thanks from the families of the people on board the US training ship.
Photography has rewards beyond money. Hope you like the picture too.
Also, a French Warship passed a little earlier…
All in all, an odd mix of events.
